This luxury hotel had a grand gym and a big restaurant. the dinner wasn’t exceptional. the spa deserves a special mention as it really stood out. The upgraded room had a beautiful balcony and comfortable bed, with great toiletries that were provided free of charge. the cleaning staff was exceptional.

There was some unpleasantness experienced with the receptionists.

This hotel was nothing short of luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the spa and wellness center was a standout feature, with various saunas, a steam room, and a spa lounge. the massage services were excellent, and the facial left me feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was heated and had comfortable sun loungers, while the garden area was perfect for a relaxing stroll.

The only minor issue I encountered was with one of the receptionists, who wasn't very welcoming. this was offset by the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, especially the gym and spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to choose from.

Nothing is perfect.

the breakfast was exquisite with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was incredibly accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. the location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the main shopping area and public transportation was easily accessible. I also enjoyed the beautiful spa and fitness center which made for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

The only negative aspect was the dinner menu, which was a bit limited and not to my personal taste. there were plenty of great dining options in the surrounding area to choose from, so it wasn't a big issue.
